INDIANAPOLIS (Sept. 14, 2023) – Merchants Bank of Indiana (NASDAQ:MBIN) (“Merchants Bank”), today announces the grand opening of their new office located in downtown Indianapolis, at 441 W. Michigan St. The location will be a satellite office for consumer and mortgage banking, while also being home to RDOOR Housing Corporation and Partners in Housing (PIH).

RDOOR Housing Corporation – formerly known as Merchants Affordable Housing Corp. – and Partners in Housing have occupied the new offices since March 2023. The 17,500 square foot building is shared between the three parties as they aim to create more affordable housing opportunities for Indianapolis residents.

A ribbon cutting celebration will take place on Thursday, Sept. 14 from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. at 441 W. Michigan St., Indianapolis, IN 46202. Remarks will be made from Petrie and Indianapolis Mayor Joseph Hogsett. A special cocktail reception will take place following the ceremony.
