CARMEL, Ind. – Merchants Bank announces the addition of Bret Reifsteck as a Mortgage Loan Originator with Merchants Mortgage, a division of Merchants Bank. He will join the expanding leading team based in Oak Brook, Illinois.
Reifsteck boasts over 21 years of combined experience as a mortgage lender and real estate land title professional. Prior to joining Merchants, he held a mortgage loan originator position with US Bank, and most recently, served as a mortgage loan officer at Huntington National Bank. Throughout his career, Bret has specialized in new construction and lot financing, conventional, FHA, VA, USDA and IDHA loan origination.
As a Mortgage Loan Originator with Merchants Bank, Bret will assist customers by addressing their various home financing needs. With a comprehensive history of supporting first-time home buyers and seasoned homeowners, he will provide trusted guidance on Merchants’ behalf across a variety of lending solutions. His dedication to customer service has positioned him as a reliable and knowledgeable advisor for prospective clients as they navigate their ownership journey
